Carpenter – Finish Carpentry & Exposed Timber Framing

Responsibilities:

Build, assemble, and install exposed timber framing, beams, and trusses to precise specifications
Perform high-quality finish carpentry, including trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom wood features
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
Select and prepare materials for specific projects, ensuring quality and consistency
Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
Ensure all carpentry work meets company quality standards and client expectations
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines and coordinate work
Maintain a clean and organized worksite, following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of professional carpentry experience, including finish carpentry
Proven experience with exposed timber framing and joinery techniques
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of environments and weather conditions
Strong understanding of woodworking tools, materials, and construction methods
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms safely
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
US work authorization
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
