Carpenter – Finish Carpentry & Exposed Timber Framing
Responsibilities:
- Build, assemble, and install exposed timber framing, beams, and trusses to precise specifications
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry, including trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom wood features
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
- Select and prepare materials for specific projects, ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Ensure all carpentry work meets company quality standards and client expectations
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines and coordinate work
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional carpentry experience, including finish
carpentry
- Proven experience with exposed timber framing and joinery techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of environments and weather conditions
- Strong understanding of woodworking tools, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms safely
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- US work authorization
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

General Laborer
Responsibilities:

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
